Who Overstay is
Overstay Vacation Rentals (Overstay) is a direct-booking luxury cabin and vacation rental provider based in the North Georgia mountains. Our core collection is in and around Blue Ridge, Georgia — including riverfront homes along the Toccoa River and a large-group lodge in Epworth, GA — and we also operate select homes in Rogers, Arkansas and Mineral Wells, Texas.
Guests book direct with our team at overstay.com rather than through a third-party listing platform, and homeowners can partner with us through our property management program.
