Toccoa Lodge and Laughing Bear Lodge are both available for weddings and special events, giving couples and groups two distinctive mountain settings to choose from.

Wedding Package Options
Choose the experience that best fits your celebration, guest count, and vision.
Package 1 covers celebrations limited to the guests already staying at the Lodge. Packages 2–5 are for couples who want to invite guests who aren't staying on site.
*All five packages are available at both Toccoa Lodge and Laughing Bear Lodge on the same terms. The Toccoa River Cottage minimum-stay requirement on packages 2–5 applies to Toccoa Lodge only, because Laughing Bear Lodge has no adjoining cottage.
1. Private
$495
Refundable deposit: $750
Only guests staying at the Lodge may attend — there is no allowance for outside guests.
The only attendees to the wedding will be those booked to stay at the Lodge.
No vendors other than a caterer or chef and photographer.
No setup required by our team.
No live music or music played over professional speakers.
Includes 1 tour of the property prior to your stay, as well as a guarantee of freshly trimmed grounds.
2. Charming
$1,295
Refundable deposit: $950
Attendees do not exceed 30 in total.
No vendors other than a caterer or chef and photographer.
Includes 1 tour of the property prior to your stay, as well as a guarantee of freshly trimmed grounds.
At Toccoa Lodge, required to book the Toccoa River Cottage, a small, 2-person property across the way from the Lodge, for a minimum of the 2 nights surrounding the event.
3. Boutique
$2,495
Refundable deposit: $1,500
Attendees do not exceed 40 in total.
Multiple vendors utilized, such as a caterer or chef, photographer, live music or DJ, professional setup, etc.
Includes planning and prep in advance with our team to rearrange furniture, string additional lighting, and provide additional cleanup following the event.
4. Sophisticated
$2,895
Refundable deposit: $1,750
Attendees do not exceed 60 in total.
Multiple vendors utilized, such as a caterer or chef, photographer, live music or DJ, professional setup, etc.
Includes planning and prep in advance with our team to rearrange furniture, string additional lighting, as well as additional cleanup following the event.
5. Grand

Refundable deposit: $2,000
Attendees do not exceed 75 in total.
