Room for everyone to actually do something
Games and entertaining. Laughing Bear Lodge has a game room with a pool table, a ping pong table, a piano and a sound system. Toccoa Lodge has a home theatre with luxury recliners seating 12 and a 120-inch projection screen, plus a Sonos stereo system throughout.
Moving around. Laughing Bear Lodge adds a gym and a private basketball court, along with hiking, kayaking and whitewater rafting nearby.
Outdoors and on the water. Toccoa Lodge has 1,200 feet of Toccoa River frontage, a private dock, an outdoor fire pit with seating for 12 beside the river, two large patio decks and trout fishing directly in front of the lodge. Laughing Bear Lodge sits on its own trout stream with a hot tub, an outdoor fire pit and an outdoor grill.
Gathering indoors. Toccoa Lodge has five fireplaces — in the main living area, the basement living area, the master bedroom, and two oversized fireplaces on the decks — plus a gourmet kitchen. Laughing Bear Lodge has a fireplace, a dining room and a full kitchen with a kitchen island.

Logistics for a crowd. Toccoa Lodge has two laundry rooms and a 3-car attached garage, with whole-house WiFi and an app-controlled thermostat. It is 5 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. Laughing Bear Lodge has a washer and dryer, free private parking and step-free access to the home and common spaces.
