Pet Friendly Cabin Rentals in Blue Ridge, Georgia

There is a $75 non-refundable pet deposit per stay. It applies at all three pet-friendly homes: Toccoa River Cottage, Laughing Bear Lodge and the Charming Tudor Home.

Three requirements apply at all three homes:

1. Dogs must be picked up after in the yard — no mess left for the next guests.
2. Pets may not be on furniture unless in your lap or on a blanket you brought.
3. If pets are left at the property unattended, they must be crated.

Pets are approved on request. Tell us about your dog when you enquire and we confirm the policy, the deposit and any restrictions in writing before your booking is finalised. Toccoa Lodge and Peace on the River do not accept pets at all.

Policies are per property. Only the three homes listed above accept pets, always on request. Toccoa Lodge and Peace on the River are strictly no pets.

The riverfront cottage is on open water. Toccoa River Cottage in Blue Ridge allows pets on request, and it sits directly on the Toccoa River with no fence — dogs need supervising outdoors and near the water.

The Mineral Wells home has a fully fenced yard. The Charming Tudor Home in Mineral Wells, Texas is the one home in the collection with enclosed outdoor space, owner-confirmed.
